I offer a space for you to bring whatever is on your mind.

I have experience working across a range of settings, including the charity sector, where I facilitated women’s support groups, as well as crisis services and community mental health team. I’ve also worked with addiction, grief and bereavement. As a former dancer and teacher, I have a particular interest in nervous system regulation and somatic bodywork, and in exploring the connection between what we experience emotionally and what we hold in our bodies.

I can support people with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, loneliness, grief, shame, sexuality, identity and life transitions.

I am here to listen and provide space for you to explore any issues that come up for you. I have been studying counselling for over two years and I have now reached the stage of my training where I am seeing clients. I have completed a number of levels of training, working with and learning from experienced therapists at the Minster Centre, North West London Counselling and Training and The Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Association. I have also spent many years as a childbirth educator and infant feeding volunteer, which gave me insight to how much it means to people to have someone who listens and provides care during stressful and overwhelming periods of time. I previously worked in the arts, focusing on audience development and accessibility and I had the opportunity to collaborate with people in a range of settings including galleries, museums, hospitals and schools. The qualities that I bring to therapeutic counselling include warmth, compassion and care.

I can support you with a range of concerns including stress, anxiety, low mood, grief and loss, self-esteem and life transitions. I also have an interest in women issues and the unique challenges women may face. Through my experience in supportive and befriending roles, I understand how important it is to be heard and valued. Whether you are navigating a specific difficulty or seeking personal growth, I am here to listen. Starting counselling can feel like a big step and it’s completely natural to feel unsure. Hello, I’m Adeline. I am studying for an MSc in counselling and psychotherapy at London Metropolitan University and am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have many years of experience in listening and support roles, working with a diverse range of people, from teenagers to older adults in care settings. In a previous life, I worked in publishing and trained in the performing arts.

Hi, I’m Venice, an integrative trainee counsellor at Inside Talk. I chose integrative therapy as my specialist approach because I believe that one size does not fit all. This approach allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic methods to suit you as an individual. My work is bespoke, flexible, and tailored around your needs, adapting as you grow and change. I aim to bring my authentic self into the work to support you in a meaningful and genuine way. I am registered with the BACP and work within their ethical framework.

I am a trainee psychotherapeutic counsellor currently completing my Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of East London. My path to therapy is non-linear, enriched by over fifteen years of experience working within the civil service, adult social care, and as a dedicated carer. This diverse background gives me a deep, practical understanding of the pressures of modern life, shifting work schedules, and the complex demands of caregiving. Because of this, I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle and work patterns wherever possible.

Hi, I’m Emma. I am a trainee psychotherapist studying at the University of East London. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am committed to providing an identity-affirming and inclusive space for all. Alongside my clinical training, I bring several years of experience working in mental health support roles. I am a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and practice entirely within their ethical framework.

Welcome. I’m George, a trainee integrative counsellor and BACP student member. Before training, I spent several years working in the arts, which I loved for its creativity, collaboration, and diversity of experience. I've always had a genuine interest in people, their stories, and how we relate to one another. I’m also a Queer practitioner, and this shapes how I relate to the work. I understand what it can feel like to move through the world holding parts of yourself carefully — the exhaustion of feeling misunderstood, or having to explain yourself to be accepted. I try to offer a space where you can arrive as your full self, without needing to shrink or edit who you are.
