About Emma

Hi, I’m Emma. I am a trainee psychotherapist studying at the University of East London. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am committed to providing an identity-affirming and inclusive space for all. Alongside my clinical training, I bring several years of experience working in mental health support roles. I am a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and practice entirely within their ethical framework.

What to Expect

There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive. Instead, we will look at your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences together with curiosity rather than judgement. I believe that you are the ultimate expert on your own life, and we will work entirely at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, and I am passionate about offering a genuinely inclusive space where the fullness of your intersectional identity is respected and celebrated.
