I am a trainee counsellor and student, dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and supported and I aim to work collaboratively with you at your pace. Alongside my counselling training, my background in teaching has shaped my ability to listen closely, respond to individual needs and create a supportive and encouraging environment
I can support you with a range of concerns including stress, anxiety, low mood, grief and loss, self-esteem and life transitions. I also have an interest in women issues and the unique challenges women may face. Through my experience in supportive and befriending roles, I understand how important it is to be heard and valued. Whether you are navigating a specific difficulty or seeking personal growth, I am here to listen. Starting counselling can feel like a big step and it’s completely natural to feel unsure.
