Ana Leondi
Counsellor
Hello, I’m Anastasia (Ana for short). I’m a trainee integrative psychotherapist pursuing my Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Regent’s University London. My professional journey has been diverse, encompassing a background in journalism and cognitive neuroscience, alongside volunteering experience with Samaritans. As a student member of BACP, I adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring that my practice is grounded in professionalism and integrity.
I focus on helping clients become more self-aware and recognise unhelpful patterns and behaviours in their lives, which is the first step toward meaningful and lasting positive change. Having worked with people from diverse backgrounds, I understand the importance of exploring diversity in therapy, ensuring that each client's unique experiences are acknowledged and respected.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where you feel free to express your thoughts and emotions. I understand the challenges of articulating difficult feelings and aim to provide a trusting and supportive space for you to explore these aspects of your life. Together, we will work towards gaining new perspectives, building resilience, and developing tools to navigate life's challenges effectively.
I am available for both face-to-face and online sessions. If you're ready to embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards understanding your unique experiences and building a more resilient and fulfilling life.
