I am a trainee counsellor, studying at CPPD in humanistic integrative counselling. This means I have a range of approaches that I can use in our work together, ensuring you are well supported. I am a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I abide by their ethical code of practice.

My areas of focus are wide and varied, and I welcome whatever you bring to therapy.

We will work together to create a safe and non-judgemental space in which we can explore the challenges you are facing. This will be done in a curious and empathetic way, at a pace that works for you.
