About Samuele

I’m a trainee counsellor registered with BACP and working within their ethics. I’m currently studying Integrative counselling and psychotherapy at The Minster Centre. I’ve lived in the UK for over 10 years, and as a foreigner and part of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m also aware of how socialisation and minority stress can affect us and our sense of belonging. My background in art and design has nurtured my curiosity in people’s unique ways of seeing and making sense of things.

Area of Focus

Really, whatever you bring and whatever brings you here. You may feel low and sad, anxious, or scared about following your desires. We can work on loss and grief, relationships, sexuality, identity and intersectionality. Do you feel seen, labelled, or ignored by those around you? These are just some examples of what we can explore, and maybe decide to transform together.

What to Expect

A place where you can be listened to, without the rules and expectations we often live by, with someone curious about you, your story and your struggles, but also what excites you and makes you feel alive. I aim to support you with your presenting difficulties, while also helping you explore how you see yourself, your relationships and your future. Meeting a stranger and talking about the innermost, and at times not fully known, parts of yourself can feel unusual. We’ll work at your pace, with my support, in a non-judgmental and empathetic space. Sessions can take place in English or Italian.

Let's Connect

I’m here, and I look forward to exploring together what matters to you. In-person sessions can be rewarding nowadays, but I’m also happy to meet online if that suits you best.
