Natasha Airey
Associate Therapist
Hi, I’m Tash, a newly qualified integrative counsellor. I completed my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in 2023 and am just starting my Level 5 Diploma in Integrating Attachment-Based Psychotherapy into Clinical Practice in September. I started my counselling journey after working in a range of mental health charities and having had an interest in psychology for many years. I chose to train due to a desire for a career that is meaningful and has the potential to positively impact the lives of others.
I have worked with clients on a range of difficulties, such as anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, loss and low mood. My experience allows me to work effectively with whatever you wish to bring to our sessions.
In our sessions, I will aim to create a calm, empathetic and non-judgemental space where you can explore what may be on your mind and aspects of your life that you may be struggling with. My approach sees the client as the expert in their own journey, the space is yours and I will be there to offer support as we explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe environment.
If you’re ready to take the next step, please feel free to get in touch to arrange a time for our first session. I will be available for online sessions on Wednesday afternoons.
