Morven Creagh
Counsellor
I am doing an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and have a background in education where I gained considerable experience in pastoral care and supporting young adults through a range of challenges. This has informed my belief in the importance of empathy, understanding and creating a safe space where people feel heard. I bring a genuine curiosity about people’s unique lived experiences and a compassionate presence to whatever you’d like to talk about.
I work with people who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, challenges with self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I also welcome those who have experienced a bereavement, are going through a life transition or are seeking deeper self-understanding.
In our sessions you can expect a safe and supportive space where you are listened to with care and respect, and where you are free to talk about your thoughts and feelings without judgement. We will explore whatever feels most important to you, at a pace that feels manageable. Your feedback will always be welcomed and we will regularly review how you are feeling about our work together in order that you gain maximum benefit from your sessions.
If you feel that counselling might be helpful for you, I would be happy to meet you and we can explore whether working together feels right to you.
