Lily Smith
Counselling
Hi, my name is Lily, and I’m a psychotherapist in training at Roehampton University. I offer a warm, compassionate, and curious space for people to explore who they are… whatever that might look like for you. I know that therapy can feel daunting, especially at the beginning, so my aim is to meet you with empathy and openness, wherever you're starting from. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, processing something difficult, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.
As a queer therapist, I’m passionate about offering affirming and inclusive spaces for people to explore their identities and experiences. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, and my hope is to create a non-judgemental, safe, and supportive environment where you can bring all parts of yourself.
I see therapy as something we co-create. Together, we’ll explore what kind of support feels right for you and shape the sessions around your needs. It’s normal to feel uncertain when beginning therapy, there are often many unknowns, but I’ll be here to help guide the journey, at a pace that feels safe for you.
If you're curious about working together or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch. I’d love to hear from you and explore how therapy could support you.
