About Joe

Hello, I’m Joe. I am a trainee integrative therapist currently studying an MSc in Counselling and Coaching. Outside of counselling, I am a creative at heart. My background as an actor, facilitator, and director led to creative producing, eventually becoming deputy of an arts charity and theatre. I've also partnered with CAMHS and Oxleas NHS, supporting young people (16-25) with complex mental health needs and adults with learning differences. My arts background sparked a deep interest in the human experience, leading me to train as a counsellor and coach. Through my leadership role, I also have a deep understanding of the stresses of modern working life.

What to Expect

As an integrative practitioner, I draw on different perspectives, always guided by what you need. I believe our therapeutic relationship is the most important element. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space to explore your experiences. We work collaboratively. This is a safe space where you don’t need to have everything figured out.
