Hi, I’m Claire, and I am a trainee counsellor at Inside Talk. I am currently working towards my professional qualification in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Minster Centre in London. My background is in local authority commissioning, working closely with voluntary sector providers to deliver support services for individuals facing a range of challenges, particularly those impacted by social inequality. I am a student member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework

No issue is too big or too small to bring to therapy, and I will welcome whatever you bring.

I aim to offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore whatever you would like to bring. I will walk alongside and support you in a curious and empathetic way, at a pace that works for you.
