Charlotte Klingholtz
Counsellor
My name is Charlotte, and I am a trainee psychotherapist currently studying at the Minster Centre in London. My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and relational perspectives to support you in a way that feels responsive and individual. As a student member of the BACP, I work within its ethical framework. Alongside my therapeutic training, my background in graphic design fosters a creative and flexible mindset, which can bring unique perspectives to our work together.
I have a particular interest in working with domestic abuse, separation, emotional regulation, relationships, attachment, neurodivergence, life transitions, and experiences of difference. Alongside exploration and understnading, our sessions can help you develop more compassionate ways of relating to difficult emotions as they arise.
I offer a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you can share whatever feels important to you. You may come to therapy with a specific challenge or a general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Whatever you bring, it is welcome.
Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or returning to it, I understand the importance of finding the right fit. If you would like to explore whether working together feels right for you, please get in touch. I offer sessions both in person and online.
