Hi, I'm Amielouise, Before becoming a therapist, I earned a degree in exercise, nutrition and medicine, and worked closely with clients dealing with chronic illnesses, helping them improve their wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Over time, I recognised that mental health was often a deeper, more complex barrier to lasting change. That realisation led me to extend my knowledge and start my training as a qualified counsellor, so I could better support the emotional and psychological aspects of healing and growth.
I have an extensive background in anxiety, depression, past trauma, neurodivergence, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and low self-esteem. I also support clients navigating social anxiety, work-life stress, and the everyday challenges of finding healthy, sustainable coping mechanisms in a busy world.
In our sessions, I aim to provide a non-judgmental, safe space where you can be as open and honest about your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
