About Alex

Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a trainee therapist at the Minster Centre in London and a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in line with their Ethical Guidelines. I also trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, using theatre as a tool for personal and social change. My career has taken me across creative, tech, and community settings. I know that starting, or returning to, therapy can feel daunting, but it can also be deeply rewarding.

Area of Focus

We can work on whatever you bring to therapy. My practice is grounded in anti-racist and anti-oppressive values, and I welcome people of all races, ethnicities, cultural identities, and religions. I aim to provide LGBTQQiA+ affirmative therapy.

What to Expect

Sessions are 50 minutes, fully confidential, and you are welcome to bring whatever you need—whether it’s the stresses of daily life, a crisis or transition, a challenging relationship, bereavement, separation, or anything else that has brought you to therapy. I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental space where we can work together collaboratively.

Let's Connect

If the above resonates with you and you’d like to have an initial conversation, or if you’d like to find out more about therapy, please feel free to get in touch. I look forward to working with you.
